Who built the Arc…ane? Riot’s Next Class Action and The Child Catchers Cage!

Experience, Execution, and Riot’s High Stakes Gamble

The Weak Linke and the Gormless Mop Yee will sink the Ark.

Who built the ark?

Noah, Noah

Who built the ark?

Brother Noah built the ark.

The Lord commanded Noah to build an ark in which his family and “every living thing of all flesh” (Genesis 6:19) were saved from the Flood.

An ark in a storm, a collapsing tower, corporate hubris, sins washing away with the criminals, it’s just so riveting and refreshing to clean out the filth.

Yet Riot, nor The Weak Linke and the Gormless Mop Yee build the Arc…ane. This article will inform readers who actually built Arcane, with reference to evidence. It will also divulge why I believe Riot will continue on the same trajectory of swipe projects and IP, scale up by tossing money at it, retcon. Lie, cheat, then fail and layoff the actual talent. In short it’s because, in my opinion, Riot Games is a front. A Trojan Horse built for intelligence and espionage, and a weapon of economic, neurocognitive and cyber warfare. Profit has never been its aim, until recently when black budgets came under scrutiny and Riot were made to stand on their own footings for a little while. Which is not profitable.

When Arcane launched, it was widely praised for its animation, tone, and ambition. Yet behind the acclaim sit unresolved questions about development history, IP stealing, financial stewardship, and creative leadership that merit closer examination.

First Time Showrunners and a Studio Led Vision

Christian Linke and Alex Yee were credited as co-creators and showrunners of Arcane. Yet we all know that Amanda Overton was sent in by UTA with my manuscript to convert into Arcane in a Spring 2020 quid pro quo deal involving the greenlighting of the show, the Netflix deal, a monopoly over the talent from UTA & CBG and Melinda Dilger to run the show and babysit the Bromancing brats. Don’t believe me? Go read The Art and Making of Arcane and watch Arcane: Bridging the Rift.

So other than get in the way and moan, what did Weak Linke and Yee actually do? Executive Producer Jane Chung, by her own admission in interviews, was the runner and fetched the coffee (they gave, or sold, her a Primetime Emmy Award for fetching coffee), yet she did read some solicited scripts, such as Bloodborg. Between the three rascals, they managed to chase the talented Monica Macer out of the building in like, two weeks by insisting that they are her “Bosses.” And they don’t know shit. Thus they actually got in the way of progress … a lot. Then, in many interviews, they bragged about a Nazi-like one mistake policy, and about being bosses and fight porn and bless their little cotton socks, which they wank into together whilst watching Vi pound her fists into Jayce’s backside. Which is what they tried to make… and failed for 5 years.

Prior to the series, neither had independently produced a long form television project at comparable scale. Their backgrounds were rooted primarily in answering phones. Then Riot’s internal narrative and music departments rather than traditional serialized television production. And we all know how messed up, nonsensical and utterly shit Riot’s narratives were before they had access to my Bloodborg manuscript.

By contrast, Fortiche Production, the French animation studio, had long standing expertise in stylized cinematic animation and had previously collaborated with Riot on music videos and short form content. Many industry observers credit Fortiche’s animation craftsmanship as the defining strength of the series. The trick was, to keep Linke away in LA for long enough to produce the animation. Its reported that the LA team would send him to France to get him out of the way, and the French team would send him back to get him out of their way or suggest that he visit his “Mumie” in North Germany for a little nipple suck and a strum on her rusty violin.

Its reported that he’d walk around the Paris studio pretending to know what the fuck he was talking about, and repeating self-aggrandizing shit like “Just because I’m the big boss, you don’t have to stop talking” and “I encourage you to play LOL and not feel like you can’t because you are scared of me telling you off” and “I wouldn’t expect you to get my vision right away, that’s why I send out written snippets (Of Bloodborg)” and “Well done, guys, I’m like so proud and I’m this and that and I’m so important, and you guys are like family, I love you forever and always, truly madly deeply.” Puke in my mouth!

It is also reported that Fortiche’s animators would run to the toilets or hide when he was around to save them from listening to his nonsense. Thus again… he got in the way. Then after whistleblowers spoke out about the mid-2020 180-degrees pivot in the direction of Arcane, they reportedly hired Chronodisk to wipe evidence and ship over-clocked PCs to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, then they uploaded the evidence to NetEase’s cloud servers so the evidence is out of the reach of western scrutiny and lawful inspection. And if you think NetEase and Tencent are “Real” business rivals, you probably shouldn’t be reading this blog, go get another energy drink and play Lol or something.

This contrast raises a fair industry question. Was Arcane primarily a triumph of animation execution rather than showrunning innovation?

Of course it fucking was! Fortiche are stella animators, no question of that. My source material was written to be converted into animation and games. Amanda Overton from UTA converted it to make sure to lean into diversity to gain tax breaks and cultural grants in, probably, France, Spain, the UK and US. Melinda Dilger babysat and was the actual showrunner. But she is not credited as such, because under the surface, Riot haven’t changed much.

Thus what the fuck did the mumbling mop, and the mop stick Weak Linke actually do? They got in the fucking way. They wanked to “Fight Porn”. They spunked away tens of millions of Tencent’s black budget Military-Civil Fusion spy money and the Bromancers at Riot Games allowed it to happen because “Sicko Nicko” the CEO of Riot Games at the time was too busy allegedly abusing women and chasing young females around the office with cupped farts. He has now fled to France.

This question of incompetence and abuse becomes sharper when examining the show’s extended development timeline.

A Long Development Cycle

Development on Arcane reportedly began as early as 2015. That’s to say, Linke spoke to Fortiche who at the time were a team of five people working on 3 minute music videos for Gorillaz.

Early internal pilots and concepts did not result in a greenlit series. Because in Linke’s own words, they were shit. The project evolved and de-evolved over several years with no success before receiving full backing in the spring of 2020, after receiving my manuscript.

The most significant financial commitment reportedly occurred around 2020, when Riot and Netflix accelerated production. We know this because of my timelines in court filings which they lied about but are now confirmed by their own publication of the Making of Arcane. It’s reported that they were made to place this into the book because Melinda Dilger threatened to speak out and sue them, because she was given notice of an intent to summon her to court… by none other than… ME.

Reported estimates place total costs for both seasons in the range of 200 to 250 million dollars. But The Weak Linke can not count. Five years of development getting absolutely nowhere at all, followed by a major budget commitment invites scrutiny.

What changed between early pilot stagnation and the 2020 greenlight? FUCKING BLOODBORG BY M.W. WOLF!

What internal safeguards governed budget escalation? FUCKING NONE, LINKE CAN’T COUNT!

How was return on investment calculated? HAHAHA DON’T BE DAFT, RIOT FAILS THIS EVERY TIME, THEN THEY LAYOFF WHOLE TEAMS, DESTABILISING THE GAMING INDUSTRY IN THE US EVEN MORE.

Riot has not publicly disclosed detailed breakdowns of cost allocation. As a privately held subsidiary within a larger corporate structure, financial transparency is limited, and they sink there messes, failings, abuses, US and UK IP theft, crimes and data into Tencent’s cloud for the Chinese Communist dictatorship to laugh at…. So says me.

Budget Scale and Return Questions

While critically acclaimed, questions remain regarding whether Arcane generated direct financial returns proportional to its cost.

Prestige projects can justify investment through brand equity, cross platform synergy, and long term franchise value. However, when followed by layoffs and project cancellations, RECO claims and copyright infringement claims, observers naturally examine capital allocation decisions more closely. So do law enforcement and the DOD.

Riot has since reduced workforce numbers, closed Riot Forge, and scaled back certain expansion initiatives. That sequence of expansion, peak spending, and contraction suggests recalibration and shows that they don’t know what the fuck they are playing at.

Season Two and Narrative Cohesion

Season One was widely regarded as tightly constructed. Season Two received more mixed reactions, with some viewers noting structural compression and accelerated pacing.

Whether that reflects creative evolution, time pressure, or strategic recalibration is open to interpretation. What is clear is that audience expectations rose dramatically after Season One’s reception. It should be noted that season 2 had to expand on Bloodborg and guess where it was going, thus the source material was more limited, so they repeated things and called it loop narratives, that’s why Jinx lost 5 daddies. One dimensional repeat = diminishing returns you silly fuckers. When prestige content becomes central to corporate identity, narrative coherence matters not just artistically but commercially.

Leadership Context and Governance

I put it to you, Riot Games, that I believe you are an anarchist tool of espionage, and neurocognitive and economic warfare. You are a splinter cell waiting to cause chaos, terrorism and extremism, and you don’t even know it, because two frat boys do not fall onto a US companies code, then fall onto billions of dollars of black budgets a little less than a year later by mistake. The founders were picked because of their moral-less code swiping and frat boy bromancing stupidity.

Riot Games has previously faced public criticism regarding workplace culture. Such as sexual assault and sexual harassment and being bromancing frat boys and giving the bros jobs over better qualified women, such as they did with The Weak Linke and the Gormless Mumbling Mop Yee who couldn’t lead a dog to its dinner. The company has stated that reforms were implemented, and settlements reached. Yet I see through the bullshit to its rotting, abusive, pretending, lying, stealing, woman hating, core. It's all falsehoods, it’s all appearances to get the LA courts and law off their backs and to make the DOD look west instead of east.

Even so, past controversies influence how leadership decisions are perceived externally. Governance reputation and creative leadership credibility are intertwined in modern entertainment ecosystems. And I’m sure by now we know that The Weak Linke and the Gormless Mop Yee should not be in leadership positions. I wouldn’t even give them a mop between them to look after. The same will happen again, just on a larger scale next time.

Riot will call it the lost lead method of business and not care because they have billions being spunked at them... for what, like 2% of players who actually purchase anything from them. Don’t think so mate. Tencent are happy to keep the sink hole of dollar-dollar bills coming, as control of data, snooping, destabilizing US and UK IP and markets, anarchy and non-kinetic warfare, are their real aims. Tencent is a puppet with a controlling communist puppet masters hand right up its backside. The shit covered hand penetrates right out of Riot Games’s mouth. The filth smeared fingers fuck about with the stitches of the fabric of US society and the brains of a generation of impressionable, isolated, troubled, emotionally and psychologically undeveloped young men. So says me.

And that my friends… is a domestic terrorist “Street Level Manchurian Candidate” in waiting. A splinter cell. Just chilling in his mother’s basement, eating potato chips, shooting shit, yelling at women online, drinking high fructose corn syrup by the ladle like its cough medicine, and wanking into tube socks, until he loses on Valorant, which has been snooping into his emotional triggers for the past few months, or years, suggesting hate content, suggesting women hate him, suggesting he should shoot up the college… until. Bang, bang fuckin Bang!

We are now seeing the next rotation of the same inept carousel, swipe N gripe, failings, then layoff the talent and keep the useless Bromancers who are overpaid and never work. Riot Forge, 2XKO and hopefully the next spin of the carousel will land on The Weak Linke and the Gormless Mop Yee. Two who might have become Bang, bang fuckin Bangers if they didn’t happen across a start-up game stealing IP from everywhere possible, then laugh at the founders shit jokes to gain bro badges and fake positions at the expense of Tencent, who could not give a fuck so long as the data keeps coming and the kids keep fracturing.

The Broader Strategic Picture

Riot’s wider portfolio reflects a pattern of large scale investment cycles followed by strategic retrenchment. Some describe this as disciplined adaptation within competitive markets. Others argue it reflects an aggressive strategy of identifying proven formats and scaling them with capital. The debate extends to Arcane, which is currently the subject of ongoing federal litigation alleging unauthorized use of unpublished material. Riot denies the claims but have been caught out red handed with endless lies and evidence manipulation. The matter remains unresolved. Regardless of outcome, litigation introduces reputational and financial uncertainty. With this case and a criminal RECO being built, and a long list of US and UK companies who have had their IPs swiped and griped, and a long list of disgruntled laid off employees, is their at least two more massive civil action lawsuits on the way?

One for employment violations, perhaps for Discrimination or Retaliation for Walkouts, Speaking up, Reporting misconduct, Whistleblowing, Filing complaints, Participating in investigations and so on. Or perhaps for The Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act. Or Fraud or Misrepresentation, or Breach of Fiduciary Duty? Take your pick, Riot is a very abusive company… says me.

The other one for mass IP theft, like Authors v. OpenAI, or Songwriters v. Spotify, or Writers Guild / Industry Collective Action.

And… on top of this the RECO, which might land The Weak Linke and the Gormless Mop Yee on the shared top bunk of a prison cell.

A Company at a Structural Inflection Point

Riot Games remains influential and financially significant despite their endless bad practices, dishonesty and crimes. This, in part, is because of the immaturity of their player bases which hints at their vulnerability. I’ve shown that Riot Games, and other industry abusers such as CBG, Jonny Geller and Felicity Blunt target vulnerabilities as perceived weaknesses.

Yet the signals of contraction, including layoffs, cancellations, and strategic pullbacks, indicate a company reassessing its expansion model. Let’s hope they also reassess their well-trodden model of swipe and gripe of external US and UK IP and targeting of vulnerable adolescent minds for brainwashing.

Was Arcane a bold creative leap or an expensive anomaly? NOPE, JUST THEFT AND INEPTNESS.

Did leadership scale too quickly without sufficient structural controls? YES, BUT THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS IN CRIMINAL FRONTS. ITS ALL SMOKE AND MIRRORS AND BROKEN ADOLESCENT MINDS.

Will the next phase emphasize disciplined efficiency over prestige experimentation? HAHAHAH FUCK OFF. NEXT TIME AROUND, THE PUPPET MASTER WILL INSERT DOUBLE FISTFULS OF MONEY FOR WORLD DOMINATION.

These are legitimate industry questions. And legitimate answers.

Riot is no longer operating in an environment of frictionless growth. Trump has put pressure on Chinese Military-Civil Fusion (MCF) companies, thus Tencent and the puppet master have backed off into the shadows. Riot is now left, at the moment, without a hand up its backside shovelling money up it. Everything it has tried to sort out has failed or caused backlash. Like its diabolical monetisation system, or skins which have increase to like 400 dollars to look like the same stolen character but with a makeover, or Riot Forge, Or Arcane, Or the culture of sexual harassment and hatred for women costing 100 million, or Esports, or 2xcoco or whatever that shit’s called.

I suggest that Riot is not, and has never been, a company that makes profit and it’s not made to be. It is given “Profit” and it sinks it into fake numbers bounced around the world to evade scrutiny, it gives everything for free, and nobody questions the numbers because they are big and they are paying big taxes, and the broken minds love it and who doesn’t want to play free games? Who doesn’t want free ice-cream? Just follow me this way kiddies.

Oh shit, now you’re in The Child Catchers Cage, and you’re never getting out!

The coming years will test whether its creative and executive leadership can translate ambition into sustainable structure. The next chapter may define not only Riot’s future but the broader model of game to screen expansion.

Riot will be found out… just how long it takes really depends on who’s listening and taking notes.
