Request for Government Support to Restore Integrity to the UK's Creative Industries
“PC-PC Tooling, The "Jungle Gun" and Post-Modern Predators, Tax Evasion and Pump-and-Dump Scams, Military-Civil Fusion, and the cheaters of the creative industries.
Congratulations and Request for Government Support to Restore Integrity to the UK's Creative Industries
Dear Mr Burnham,
Firstly, congratulations on your appointment. I wish you every success in your new role and hope your time in office will be remembered for restoring integrity, fairness and public confidence across the United Kingdom.
By way of introduction, my name is Marc Wolstenholme, writing under the pen name M.W. Wolf. I am a former British Army soldier, an independent author, researcher and founder of M.W. Wolf Studios. Over the past several years I have devoted my life to investigating issues affecting the UK's creative industries, while simultaneously pursuing major intellectual property litigation in the United States and developing original British creative works which I hope will contribute to the future of our country's cultural and economic success.
Despite living with significant disabilities, including complex PTSD and neurological injuries following my military service, I have continued this work because I believe Britain deserves creative industries built upon originality, fairness and accountability rather than favouritism, closed networks and anti-competitive practices. My work has been driven by a genuine belief that our creative industries should reward innovation, protect creators and ensure that public investment delivers lasting value for the British people.
I am writing to invite you to consider one of the greatest opportunities facing Britain today: restoring trust, transparency and genuine competition within our creative and entertainment industries.
For a number of years I have been investigating and documenting what I believe are serious issues affecting the UK's publishing, television, film and gaming sectors. My work has now grown into a substantial body of research and forms the bases of a RECO claim in the US., which brings together evidence, observations and lines of enquiry which I believe deserve independent examination by Government and the appropriate authorities.
The issues I believe warrant further investigation include:
• the alleged misuse of public grants, tax reliefs and cultural funding intended to promote originality, diversity and creative development;
• concerns that public funding may, in some cases, have rewarded derivative works while disadvantaging genuine independent creators;
• anti-competitive practices which restrict market access and concentrate opportunity within closed networks;
• what I refer to as the "Pet Writer" phenomenon, where the same individuals and organisations appear repeatedly favoured regardless of wider creative merit;
• what I describe as the "Judge Gun" phenomenon, whereby legal resources and financial power may be used to suppress competition instead of allowing disputes to be resolved on their merits;
• concerns regarding barriers preventing independent British creators from fairly entering international entertainment markets and Justice their after;
• institutional failures in recognising and addressing the sexual abuse of men and boys, documented within my research project Cries of Silence;
• lessons which may still remain unaddressed following the Jeffrey Epstein and his buddies in the UK, such as Felicity Blunt of CBG, her husband and her sister, investigations and whether similar patterns of influence continue to exist within powerful creative and entertainment circles;
• wider concerns regarding transparency, accountability and conflicts of interest across sectors which should reward originality and innovation.
The "Jungle Gun" and Post-Modern Predators
And finally, The "Jungle Gun" phenomenon and post-modern predators: A concept developed within the RECO describing how post-modern predators use institutions, influence, reputation, wealth, patronage and closed networks such as religious backgrounds, as modern "weapons" to obtain and preserve power without possessing genuine merit. Like a weak man ruling the jungle with a gun, they suppress competition, exploit talent, cultivate compliant "pets" instead of rivals such as Lisa Jewell, I allege, and use systems of power to feed upon originality, vulnerability and opportunity while presenting themselves as legitimate cultural leaders.
I allege that Jonny Geller and Felicity Blunt of CBG are too of the main abusive and filthy post-modern predators in these industries and need to face lengthy criminal custodial sentences for their crimes, such as IP raping, harvesting the Slush Pile to sell to Netflix and others, using AI generated tools to steal from the Slush Pile and Synopsis, giving other peoples work to “Shark Tank” writing rooms to cut up and abuse into endless other works to earn from or for Quid-pro-quo deals for their talent. Often the fake writers are not even paid, they get credited on an episode and they sit around the table to discuss who is being fake credited for which part, which they stole from the Slush Pile.
It is well known that over 90% of writers are never paid for their work. I claim that I believe this is much higher, almost 100% because of filthy ratbag gatekeepers abusing access and abusing the writing which they are sent. And now they have AI tools to help them hide their crimes. Often these hypocrites are the first people to speak out against these crimes, to hide behind a mask of innocence. Go read of the agents who are first to jump on articles speaking out against AI, Agents caught abusing the Slush Pile, inclusion and diversity, and so on in their pseudo-moralistic facades to hide the fact that they are the biggest abusers and use the disadvantages of others to earn.
PC-PC Tooling
They speak out against these things and seem to speak up for people in need or disadvantage, then weaponize the Characteristic to open the public purse or to squeeze them into stolen projects and even barter the fact that they can gain tax breaks and grants to the sum of millions of public moneys, if they are allowed to put a gay man, or black woman in a leading role. This isn’t inclusion, nor equality, its “PC-PC Tooling.” PC here meaning both Protected Characteristics and Political Correctness. Thus these PCs become tools of earning for abusers and cheats and not for real suffering people, the fucking real individuals who suffered and are categorised and misused as cattle to be milked by the filth bags.
They misuse the “Protected Characteristics” of the people they give the work to for opportunity, thus retaining the power and control and monopoly over the production of the work and the talent cast so that when you challenge the work, they can call you names such as racist, sexist, antisemitic and so on. At the end of this letter, I’ll provide a clear patten of this, when I get round to it.
These abusers and cheaters fuel hatred against others such as Jews, who are blamed for the crimes of the few and then are targeted in shootings and other attacks. The likes of filth bag cheaters and abusers such as Jeffrey Epstein, and Harvey Weinstein and Jonny Geller, do not reflect the wider Jewish community nor religion. They use it as a mask and a channel and pipeline of abuse, and when the crimes are exposed, the innocent are attacked for the misdeeds of these few wronguns. Then they speak out as “Victims”, so you can never question there abuses and cheating behaviours.
Tax Evasion and Pump-and-Dump Scams
Tax evasion and pump-and-dump scams are also a massive concern. Here is a massive clue. If you are known as a “Mega Agent” around the world, despite not really making or building careers, and only ever having like 20 to 50 well selling clients who are globally recognised stars coming to you for one time books sales, from around the world, and you claim that they just started seeking you out and you don’t know why… then it’s probably because you are known in these industries as the man to fiddle the tax and barter the work of the 90% of writers, who never get paid, in Quid-pro-quo deals, to get your mega-star mates better deals.
These tax frauds and loopholes, abuse of the vulnerable, and stealing to broker networks and deals and “access” are the same tactics used by Jeffrey Epstein who which these beasts were well-acquainted with and had working ties with and begged for his company.
For example, Felicity Blunt, Emily Blunt and Stanley Tucci (The Double Blunt- Tucci Triangle of self-self-self-glorification). These three seemed to hop onto the Epstein train at the filth parties for The Devil Wears Prada in 2006. Peggy Siegal, under Epstein’s control and perhaps money, organised many of the parties for promotions and after events of this movie. From here in 2006, the sordid threesome of The Double Blunt- Tucci Triangle began. I will show that the three of them and others in CBG and UTA have been using the same filth tactics of abuse for self-promotion since.
Alongside this work to clean out the filth, because the Government isn’t doing it, nor is the police, nor the National Crime Agency, I have ongoing copyright litigation against Riot Games in the United States involving claims for damages amounting to billions. Whilst the litigation remains before the courts and its outcome will ultimately be determined through due legal process, should it conclude successfully it has the potential to provide significant investment into the United Kingdom's creative economy.
Military-Civil Fusion
China's Military-Civil Fusion (MCF) strategy is a publicly documented national policy which seeks to integrate civilian technological innovation, industry and research with national defence objectives. Under this framework, certain private-sector companies may have legal obligations under Chinese law to cooperate with state authorities in specified circumstances.
Separately from my civil proceedings, I have concerns regarding the implications of foreign ownership, cross-border data governance and the potential impact of Military-Civil Fusion policies where companies connected to my allegations have ownership or investment links to Chinese entities.
I am deeply concerned that Riot Games and their master Tencent are redirecting western IP, markets and wealth and data to China, further diluting these industries whilst the likes of Jonny Geller are selling them the “access” to stolen IP to do so. Perhaps in exchange for quid-pro-quo deals for a monopoly of voice talent casted from the UTA/ CBG pipeline of abuse without a fucking care in the world for the wider implications or their crimes and corruptions.
This is an international security concern. They may be enabling and facilitating an attack on US and Uk economics and industries. These crimes may also enable neurocognitive warfare, data control and abuse, espionage, litigation abuse and extremist radicalisation in closed online communities where the narrative is that the UK and US are bad.
We stand at the precipice of a new age of warfare, and we are woefully ignorant of it. If the US and Uk fail to act and continue to allow the likes of Riot Games, Jonny Geller, Jeffrey Epstein, Peggy Siegal, Harvey Weinstein and The Double Blunt- Tucci Triangle of self-self-self-glorification, to rape our writing, our work, our creative industries and even our children in some cases, we have already lost and you might as well shut down the industries and pack them on a ship to China, and you might as well flush democracy, The Rule of Law and British Values down the toilet.
Castle Wolf Studios
My ambition is to establish M.W. Wolf Studios as a major British creative company producing original books, films, television, games and educational works. I believe Britain has the talent to become a world leader in original intellectual property, creating employment, investment and exports while restoring confidence in the value of British creativity.
To do so, we must clean out the filth and kick start the Oxbridge Belt of innovation and technology. We must learn from the mistakes of Hollywood which abused just about everyone since post WW2. Now LA is facing a mass exodus because people are standing up against the filth and corruption of these industries and individuals who use power and “Access,” for self-promotion, networking, sexual gratification and monopolization.
Correspondence with the Department for Culture, Media and Sport
Over a number of years, I have also written to the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, Lisa Nandy MP, to raise my concerns regarding the matters outlined within this report. These communications have included concerns relating to the creative industries, the protection of intellectual property, the use of public funding, and the wider issues which form part of my ongoing civil proceedings.
I do not know whether the Department, or any of the other public bodies and organisations to which I have reported these matters, has commenced or undertaken any form of investigation. If such enquiries have taken place, I have not been informed of them.
I have a great deal of respect for Lisa Nandy and the work of the Department for Culture, Media and Sport. My purpose in writing is not to criticise the Department or those working within it, but to ensure that information which I believe may be relevant reaches the appropriate authorities.
Given the scale of the matters I have reported, including allegations which have become the subject of substantial civil proceedings involving claims worth many millions, which I will be gaining, I had hoped there might have been an opportunity to discuss my concerns directly or to assist any enquiries by providing evidence and documentation. To date, this has not occurred.
Accordingly, I continue to make myself available to cooperate fully with any lawful investigation undertaken by HMRC or any other competent public authority.
Request
I would respectfully ask for your assistance in ensuring these matters receive appropriate consideration by the relevant Government departments and regulators. Where there is sufficient evidence to justify further scrutiny, I ask that independent investigations be supported into concerns relating to competition, public funding, intellectual property protection and market fairness.
In particular, I would welcome consideration of the circumstances surrounding the sale of one of the United Kingdom's oldest and most significant literary agencies to overseas interests. Given the importance of such institutions to British publishing and culture, I believe it is reasonable to examine whether the transaction, and any surrounding commercial practices, had implications for competition, creators' rights, the long-term interests of UK authors, the legitimacy of the assets, or the wider creative economy. My request is not based upon any predetermined conclusion but upon the belief that these matters deserve transparent and independent scrutiny where appropriate.
I appreciate that many of these issues are complex and involve multiple organisations across both the public and private sectors. Nevertheless, I believe they present an opportunity for Government to demonstrate leadership by ensuring that public money is properly safeguarded, creators are treated fairly, markets remain genuinely competitive and victims are heard.
I would be grateful if you or your office would consider reviewing the accompanying material and, where appropriate, referring the relevant matters to the departments, regulators or parliamentary committees best placed to examine them further.
Finally, if I may leave you with one personal thought.
From the ground here in Coventry, I believe many ordinary people feel increasingly disconnected from decisions affecting their lives. In my experience, people do not want to see more public services, cultural institutions and national assets transferred into the hands of ever larger private conglomerates whose primary obligation is to commercial returns rather than the wider public interest. Many of the concerns I raise throughout the RECO stem from what I believe are the consequences of this shift.
Throughout my life I have worked across several sectors and have witnessed profound changes. As a former soldier, I watched aspects of military recruitment become increasingly outsourced. As a teacher and lecturer, I saw education become progressively market-driven, with academies expanding and higher education placing many students into substantial debt despite too many graduates struggling to secure graduate-level employment. Later, whilst living within the prison system, I personally witnessed practices which caused me deep concern regarding the effects which commercial incentives can have within custodial environments.
Perhaps most troubling of all has been my experience researching and engaging with parts of the creative industries. In my opinion, this should be one of Britain's greatest strengths: a place where originality, imagination and talent flourish. Instead, I have encountered issues which have led me to undertake the RECO project and to ask for greater scrutiny of the systems which govern the sector. I believe this is an area where stronger oversight, greater transparency and more effective regulation would benefit both creators and the public alike.
My request is simple. Please help restore confidence in these industries. Protect genuine creators. Ensure public money is spent as Parliament intended. Support fair competition. Hold wrongdoers to account wherever credible evidence exists, regardless of their influence or position, and ensure that no organisation is above proper scrutiny.
I sincerely hope your time in public office is remembered for strengthening Britain's institutions, serving the public interest above all else, and leaving the country fairer, more transparent and more accountable than you found it.
I wish you every success in your service to our country.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I sincerely hope your leadership can help restore confidence in Britain's creative industries and ensure they once again become a place where originality, integrity and innovation are rewarded above influence and favouritism.
Yours sincerely,
