Breaking the Dark: A Mash-Up of Stolen Fiction.

Breaking the Dark: A Mash-Up of Stolen Fiction? Ongoing RICO Investigations Surround Jonny Geller and the Alleged Misuse of the M.W. Wolf Catalogue.

By M.W. Wolf

All claims are alleged and part of an ongoing legal investigation

Breaking the Dark, the 2024 Marvel Crime novel written by Lisa Jewell, has come under intense scrutiny for alleged intellectual property infringement. The book is now believed to be a mash-up of multiple works from the unpublished catalogue of British writer M.W. Wolf, sold to Marvel for a commission. What makes this case particularly explosive is that Lisa Jewell’s agent, Jonny Geller of Curtis Brown Group, is now implicated in a developing federal RICO investigation concerning allegations of asset falsification, fraud, and the systemic misappropriation of literary properties, including Arcane, during a high-profile merger,

A Pattern of Infringement?

The core of the claim is that Breaking the Dark borrows heavily from multiple M.W. Wolf works, particularly:

  • Bee My Agent

  • Bloodborg: The Harvest

  • Buried at Bedlam: After the Black

  • The IO-CU (The Inverted Organelle Theory of Consciousness and the Universe)

Each of these manuscripts, along with synopses and developmental materials, were submitted between 2019 and 2024 to Curtis Brown Group and associated literary channels. They contain deeply original science fiction, horror, and literary satire elements that are now seen reflected in published projects that bear suspicious similarities in tone, structure, and concept.

Pattern of Abuse

It is alleged that this follows a well-documented pattern of Curtis Brown Group using the synopses and submissions from the “Slush Pile” of disadvantaged writers to feed into their “Pet Writers” and their hype-jobs for pipe-jobs, or “Shark Tank Writers Rooms” and for quid-pro-quo deals often with the biggest names in the talent, literary and entertainment industries.  The big names often place out calls for manuscripts or plans (Synopsis) for products which they want to work on or are failing to get made, or are failing to get the green light, and the filth bag agencies search through the “Slush Pile” find matching works and then force cultural fits into the roles to exploit tax breaks from Governments around the world, such as the UK, France, Spain and the US.

The distributors of the products are also victims of the con but are not blameless as they keep quiet and refuse to cooperate with investigations and court cases, or lie, or hide evidence, and refuse to oust the predators and abusers. Then they keep taking stolen work from the same con man and woman and others in the same circles, years after they have been informed of Infringements.

To name a few of the repeat receivers often commissioning work without due diligence and quality assurance to see if it has been stolen:

·         Netflix (abundantly)

·         Riot Games (liars, woman haters, fraudsters, extremists and abusers)

·         Marvel (refused to engage, silence is complicit)

·         Disney (refused to engage, silence is complicit)

·         Penguin Random House LLC (refused to engage, silence is complicit)

·         Amazon Prime (new to the investigations so might not know about the crimes until very recently).

Sometimes money isn’t even exchanged, it’s hidden within the monetisation of casting for roles and executive positions all feeding many slices of the same rotten cake back to CBG, UTA and the alleged conspirators. However, RSM UK Audit LLP resigned as statutory auditor of Original Talent Ltd (Curtis Brown Group’s parent) just four months after confirming that they wished to remain as auditor and just days after the plaintiff filed related pre-litigation documents on CBG. Despite repeated requests and lawful SARs, Curtis Brown Group’s Data Protection Office has refused to confirm why the auditor ran for the exit door.

Now, as RECO investigations are ongoing, PricewaterhouseCoopers Services, one of the world’s "Big Four" firms known for comprehensive professional services, which include a wide range of services including audit and assurance, consulting, and tax to help organizations and individuals build trust and solve complex problems, is now actively monitoring the M.W. Wolf website and “Chronicles of the Megaverse” blog.

Well isn’t this a deepening tangle of deceit, corruption and sticky-fingered filth.

It ends one way, and one way only.

A Literary Industry at Risk

There are now growing concerns that some high-profile authors, actors, executives, law firms, Government Departments (MoJ confirmed), Tencent, Riot Games, Fortiche, law enforcements, international auditors, agencies, and an obsessed fan in East Finchley may all be "observing" the M.W. Wolf website not out of curiosity, but as a form of risk management in case direct evidence is made public and the crimes are no longer possible to ignore. If true, this points to an industry culture willing to exploit vulnerable writers while maintaining legal distance until exposure becomes unavoidable.

The fear is not only the theft of ideas, but the systemic weaponization of psychological vulnerabilities. M.W. Wolf, who has openly written about complex PTSD and dyslexia, alleges that his condition was known by the recipients of his work, and that this knowledge was ignored or even used against him through gaslighting, lies, manipulation, spoliation of evidence and intentional delays.

Sexual Predators

Moreover, the same circles who can’t keep their hands off our pages, are not safe to be around the flesh of vulnerable people. M.W. Wolf’s Cries of Silence investigations can place protected sexual predators in the same abusive filthy circles as the sticky-fingered thieves of pages. M.W. Wolf can show that talent groups and conglomerates who are thieving are also harbouring and protecting sexual predators, and some of the victims of these predators are also given representation and cosy deals in different arms of the same abusive network to bride them not to speak out.

A Call for Accountability

Writers, publishers, and readers are urged not to dismiss these concerns. If you are involved in the industry, take care to distance yourself from those already under investigation. There is still time to do what is right. The author of Bee My Agent and Bloodborg is not asking for pity, only for justice.

Do not be dragged down to hell with the cheaters. Disentangle yourself like the auditor did, before the truth comes out. So many careers, talent and lives tainted by the filth.

If you want to speak out, give sealed evidence, expose the abusers, or just need someone to talk to about your trauma caused by these monsters, please do reach out through my website. I can’t promise anything, but I will listen and try to help.

Also, I’m slightly concerned about the obsessed fan who seems to access my site regularly from a woodland in East Finchley. Its off Creighton Ave near the turn into Church Vale. The obsessed fan is possibly one of the filth bags who has stolen my work, looking for more to steal and sell or possibly looking to see how long she/ he has until the police knock the front door with a warrant for their arrest for the theft of billions and fraudulent business transactions and defrauding stakeholders during mergers.

These upper-middle class snobby filth bags look down on us creators and see us as vermin to abuse. As they get closer to retirement, they abuse increasingly, believing they will be retired by the time the law and the victims catch up with them and the problems will be past to whoever they ripped off in the deals to sell the companies to.

Well not on my hunt. I can 100% guarantee that I’ll get justice, no matter how long it takes, or in what form it takes, or in what form I take it.

My fangs long for the flesh of charcoaled sinners!
