The Plaintiff asserts, that when “Access” is monopolized and systematically abused in creative industries, most of the talent goes untapped, 90% of writers never make a living from their work, “Synopses Snipping” from unrepresented writers, is reused as the back bones of endless products, “Pet Writers” willing to be debased or corrupted are gifted fraudulent careers off the back of “Slush Pile Reaping”, “Shark Tank Writing Rooms” allow plagiarism and theft and reworking of unsolicited material to go unchallenged, whole companies and industries are compromised, pumped up with false assets, then dumped, defrauding stakeholders, ageless heritage IP franchises are destroyed by gatekeepers shoehorning in “Cultural Fits” to exploit Government cultural grants and tax breaks which are meant to surface-fix the issues of the industries, inclusion and diversity become a quick buck joke, every post from the abusers are Pseudo-moralistic propaganda pieces to hide their deviant ways, charity flaunting becomes a quick-fix way of PR after being caught out or suspected of crimes against creatives and young women, whole economies are infiltrated and redirected to adversary control in acts of soft warfare, and most of the profit is siphoned off to those at the top of the self-cannibalizing web of RICO activity, whilst the abusers at the top pretend to toe-the-line of tax evasion, simultaneously selling off stolen US and UK assets, data, access, influence and control of whole markets and industries to invasive entities engaging in active espionage and data-social-cultural-neurocognitive-economic warfare against the US and UK.
If these “Postmodern Predators” and “Jungle Guns” cannot keep their hands off the pages of vulnerable adults in such a public and demonstrable pattern of abusive way, what are they doing to the flesh of vulnerable adults, and children in secret. These cases are tied to deeper and darker crimes committed against aspiring and often young creatives hungry for success in the literary, talent, entertainment and creative industries, who find themselves, their bodies, and their works very subtly selected, groomed and abused by the same circles of powerful and perhaps protected individuals who do not care about the wider harm they are causing the creatives, industries, the stability of markets and even international security.
These issues do not just suppress and destabilize western creative industries, they hit at the very culture, development, and cognitive wellbeing of young and impressionable creators. The US and UK Governments need to address and redress the issues of controlled “Access” and “Gatekeeping” and “Data Harvesting” and “systemic IP abuse” and “neuro-cognitive warfare” of the creative industries and of the wider Self-Cannibalizing Web of RICO Activity which is plaguing them.
