This is now firmly a criminal matter
Riot Games are now purging themselves from many of the internet Archives.
The Riot Forge evidence of accepting submissions which Riot’s legal team Josh Geller and Arron Moss fabricated to present lies (Fraud on the court) presented on ambush during a concealed settlement conference (Illegal) is now being purged from the wayback machine (Spoliation of evidence). Possibly with DMCA takedown notices, which is illegal as the evidence is pertinent to an active case in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
I posted that this would happen late last year, and now it is.
This screenshot clearly shows a 404 purge from the Wayback Machine tied to a Riot Games URL (riotforgegames.com/site_6j8we620804219383). The message:
“This page is unavailable for archiving. The server returned code: Blocked by site robots.txt.”
…suggests Riot has either blocked or DMCA'd archival access, which is highly suspicious given the pending federal case. I’ve noted tens of these messages from throughout the 2020 archives, which is the period of interest in this case. I’ve tried the very same links I already captured evidence from, which are now in court documents, but the links now don’t work.
Moreover, during the Concealed Settlement Conference I knew this was illegal and informed the Judge of my concerns. At the end of the Settlement Conference, April 24, 2025, shortly after the recordings began, I deliberately asked Magistrate Judge Brianna Fuller Mircheff questions about the authenticity and admissibility of the fabricated Wayback machine evidence, to get the evidence captured on court recordings. Riot are clearly now more concerned about purging the criminal and fraudulent behaviours they committed against the court, than they are of the 1.5 billion pound lawsuit.
On July 10, 2025, Appellant confirmed that the publicly accessible Riot Forge submissions page (riotforgegames.com/site_6j8we...) has been purged or blocked from archiving by the Internet Archive (Wayback Machine). This follows prior warnings by Appellant that Riot was likely to destroy or suppress material contradicting sworn statements by its legal team. This page directly undermines Riot’s claims that no such submission process existed. The purge appears to constitute digital spoliation during active federal proceedings.
Moreover, it supports whistleblower testimony, now corroborated by Riot’s own publications, which reveals that at SREcon-EMEA Amsterdam in October 2022, an ex-Riot engineer confirmed a mid-2020 narrative re-scope placing the Piltover-Zaun conflict at the forefront. Riot then used DMCA tools to purge related public content and allegedly shipped overclocked PCs to Fortiche Las Palmas for data destruction via Chronodisk. Assets are now reportedly being relocated to NetEase cloud servers.
Riot are doing all they can to hide evidence but are actually creating a bigger mess for themselves to try to climb out of. This is now lengthy prison sentences and a shut down of all of Riot’s products, as they can not keep a licence to operate with such a dishonest and damaging track record.
Fraud on the Court, Spoliation of Evidence, Obstruction of Justice / DMCA Abuse, and so much more.
Shame on you Riot Games.
