The blanket offer for Tips and Whistleblowers against Riot Games.
Dear All,
Thank you for your messages. Sorry that so many others have had their works and intellectual properties abused by the Riot Stink. They truly are a bad bunch of abusers.
Please note that I am currently engaged in litigation relating to the alleged unauthorized use of my unpublished manuscript Bloodborg: The Harvest in the development of Riot Games’ animated series Arcane. I take all credible evidence seriously and am open to further dialogue, subject to certain conditions and protections.
Criteria for Evidence
I am only interested in verifiable materials that can help establish a direct and admissible link between Bloodborg and the production of Arcane. Thus it’s the story work which I’m most after. This may include, but is not limited to, dated concept art, early 3D models, internal communications, or voice recordings that show derivation or unauthorized use. But again, the story work is what I’m really after, as this is taken from Bloodborg.
Please do not transmit any files at this stage. But if you wish to show that you are legitimate, we can arrange something.
Financial Terms
If the materials you offer lead to a successful legal recovery, I am prepared to offer 2% of any awarded damages directly resulting from their use, minus any costs I’ve incurred. For context:
A £30 million recovery would generate a £600,000 payment for you.
A £1.5 billion result would amount to £30 million to you.
You would be formally recognized as a protected and confidential source under applicable whistleblower protections. This is a blanket offer and cannot be amended.
Legal and Ethical Requirements
Before proceeding, I must ask you to confirm:
That the materials were lawfully obtained;
That no laws were broken in acquiring or retaining them;
That you understand any future exchange must comply with applicable copyright, data protection, and evidentiary laws;
That any NDAs you may have signed with Riot Games do not protect unlawful conduct, including copyright infringement or fraud.
That as you may be reporting crime / whistleblowing, you are afforded protections.
Declaration of Trust
To demonstrate my sincerity and legitimacy, I am willing to enter into a Declaration of Trust with a qualified UK solicitor, legally formalising your entitlement to a share of any resulting recovery. Alternatively, I am happy to review and sign an equivalent declaration drafted by a solicitor in France, The US or Ireland, if this is preferable to you. This way, you can have full confidence in the integrity of this arrangement.
Confidentiality and Whistleblower Protection
Whistleblowers are protected by law, especially when exposing wrongdoing such as fraud, copyright infringement, or retaliation. Courts can implement measures, such as sealed filings, in-camera review, and redacted submissions, to protect your identity. I have already requested such protections and will continue to do so.
If you can confirm your position under these terms, I’d be happy to speak further and confidentially.
Warm regards,
M.W. Wolf
