Confidential Appeal: Evidence Related to Arcane Development – Whistleblower Protection & Reward.

I am the author of the unpublished work Bloodborg: The Harvest. I am currently engaged in high-profile litigation in the United States and preparing additional legal action in the UK and Europe regarding allegations that Riot Games’ Arcane was substantially derived from Bloodborg without consent or credit.

This is a serious matter involving significant legal, financial, and ethical dimensions. I firmly believe Arcane was developed using core themes, character arcs, and narrative structures drawn from Bloodborg, which had been submitted to multiple agencies and publishers prior to Arcane’s stated development timeline. These proceedings involve not only Riot Games but also affiliated entities including Fortiche Production, United Talent Agency, and their associates.

There are also allegations of fraud on the court, including claims that Riot Games retained the services of Chronodisk, a professional data recovery and deletion firm, to wipe or sanitize devices at Fortiche Production’s Paris headquarters during February 2025. This was allegedly done to prevent discovery and forensic examination of development assets. It is further claimed that key devices were moved to Fortiche’s Spanish division in Las Palmas, effectively removing them from scrutiny.

If you have any information, such as concept artwork, early scripts, pitch decks, internal communications, or production logs, that could support or clarify the development origins of Arcane, I urge you to come forward. Better still, any and all evidence that Bloodborg was used would render you rich post successful litigations. Even fragments may prove critical.
